What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our operations, using your analytical skills to optimize and enhance our entire supply chain. You'll work on high-impact projects that directly influence how we get products to millions of customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Analysis: Provide high-quality analysis for our Supply Chain Development team, working on crucial projects from start to finish.
- Building Models: Enhance and refine our existing forecasting models for volume and capacity, ensuring we are always one step ahead.
- Solving Problems with Data: Bridge the gap between business challenges and data-driven solutions, using multiple data inputs and systems to find the root cause of issues.
- Identifying Opportunities: Find areas in the business where data and metrics are needed to improve results and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Input: Provide key inputs for the development of our supply chain network model and long-term strategy.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone with an extraordinary mind—someone who is not just a thinker but a doer. The ideal candidate has:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics & Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce supply chain.
- Technical Skills: A high level of proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data analysis using statistical methods in Python and R. You should also be competent in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau and have experience with AI models and prompt engineering.
- Key Attributes: You're highly analytical, have a strong work ethic, and are able to manage and complete projects under tight deadlines. You are a curious, self-directed individual who is always looking for better and faster solutions.
