If so, Core Group's iStore is looking for a Sales Executive—Customer Renewals & Upgrades to join our team in Sandton, Gauteng. This is a unique opportunity to use your consultative sales skills to help our customers get the most out of their Apple and mobile contract solutions.
This Isn't Just a Sales Job; It’s a Career in Customer Relationships
Unlike a traditional call center role, this is a desk-based sales position that requires you to take full ownership of the customer journey. You won't just be making calls; you'll be building relationships, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation to the final deal closure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Proactively connect with customers from our database, web leads, and marketing campaigns. You'll take a consultative approach to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budget, then recommend the best Apple products and mobile contract solutions.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, follow up on leads within defined timeframes, and use your resilience and persistence to convert opportunities into sales.
- Expert Advice: Become an expert on all things Apple and our partner network platforms (Vodacom, MTN, Telkom). You’ll be the go-to person for all questions about products, contracts, SIM swaps, and more.
- Compliance & Trust: Ensure every transaction is compliant with regulations like RICA, POPIA, and CPA, while always acting as a brand ambassador for iStore and the Apple ecosystem.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a mid-senior level sales professional with a proven track record of success in a target-driven B2C or B2B sales environment. You should have:
- Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales success, with a track record of exceeding KPIs. Experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing high-value deals is essential.
- Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities, excellent communication and active listening skills, and the resilience to overcome objections. You must be technologically confident and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Integrity: You're a trustworthy individual who can handle confidential customer information with the utmost care and ensure full compliance with all sales protocols.
