What You'll Do
As a Product Developer, you will be a key driver in bringing our product vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Development: Interpreting customer needs and lifestyle trends to create and implement product development plans that deliver leading innovation and maximize growth.
Supplier Integration: Working closely with suppliers and the Central Quality team to ensure a world-class standard for both products and packaging.
Innovation & Inspiration: Inspiring and influencing your team and key stakeholders to achieve industry leadership. You'll also actively share your culinary and technical knowledge to foster a culture of creativity and growth.
Process Management: Driving and owning the product development process from conceptualization to post-launch, ensuring a clear understanding of production processes within our supplier base.
Who We're Looking For
Education and Experience: A BSc in Consumer Science or a relevant degree/diploma, with 3-5 years of experience in foods product development or a related field. Experience in the Pet and/or Baby category is a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
A superior eye for detail and a passion for your product categories.
The ability to work independently and assertively initiate and execute new product development.
Strong planning and project management skills.
A results-driven mindset with a proven commercial aptitude.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to integrate and lead cross-group projects within a matrix environment.
