Job Title: Information Officer( IT)
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Job Overview:
We
are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Specialist to
join our TZ IT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing company data, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of
information, and supporting the IT team in digital transformation
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and manage company information and data systems.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
• Provide IT support related to information management and system usage.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth information flow across the company.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT and information policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in information management or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of databases, information systems, and IT tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
