DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the online bookstore (web & app).
• Upload and maintain book listings, prices, descriptions, and stock updates.
• Work with logistics, publishers, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Drive mobile app performance and user engagement.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Track key e-commerce metrics and suggest improvements.
• Ensure excellent online customer experience and retention.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, and CMS tools.
• Proficient in online sales analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with mobile app management and UI/UX coordination is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing digital experiences.
