We’re
looking for a strong, hands-on Issuing Supervisor to manage our
warehouse issuing operations and lead our team in daily loading and
unloading activities. This role is key to ensuring efficient warehouse
flow, proper team communication, and timely deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1️⃣ Supervise issuing team and laborers during loading and offloading of goods
2️⃣ Lead morning and afternoon briefings; give clear instructions to the team
3️⃣ Organize and assign daily warehouse tasks to issuing officers and support staff
4️⃣ Resolve any misunderstandings or conflicts within the issuing team
5️⃣ Ensure goods and tools are well arranged and stored properly
6️⃣ Provide daily work status updates to the Warehouse Manager
7️⃣ Oversee daily and monthly stock takes—100% match with the system is expected
8️⃣ Monitor and control damaged goods within acceptable limits
9️⃣ Ensure all trucks are loaded on time for delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree
✅ At least 1 year of relevant warehouse/issuing experience
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
✅ Organized, responsible, and familiar with stock systems & operations
✅ Based in Mwanza or willing to relocate
