Job Vacancy: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Dar es Salaam, Posta.
Nature of the Company: Logistics ( Clearing and Forwarding )
-Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee daily financial management and accounting operations of the company;
2.Prepare financial statements and analysis reports to support management decision-making;
3.Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes;
4.Manage cash flow and monitor compliance of all financial activities;
5.Optimize financial procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
-Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance roles;
3.Previous experience working in an audit firm can add advantage.
4.Strong proficiency in Tally accounting software, able to handle accounts independently;
5.Solid knowledge of local tax laws, accounting regulations, and compliance requirements;
Strong communication skills, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.
