What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Managing the activities of your team to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to clients.

  • Strategic Planning: Compiling sales plans and forecasts, and collaborating with administration, sales, and technical departments.

  • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with stakeholders and focusing on customer-centric solutions.

  • Reporting: Taking ownership of monthly planning and reporting to track progress and success.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a management role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Qualifications:

    • A Grade 12 certificate.

    • Relevant qualification and experience in line with the FSCA's requirements (30 or 60 credits for those who joined before 2010; a full NQF Level 4 qualification for those who joined after 2010).

    • You must have an RE 5 certificate and meet the Class of Business requirements.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, and standards.

    • An understanding of people management practices and principles.

    • The ability to manage complexity, plan effectively, and direct work.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on customer needs.
