Milan Fibre is seeking a young, motivated, and enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join our team in Arusha. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic company.
Position: IT Support Assistant
Location: Arusha
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for basic IT operations.
Assist in resolving software and hardware issues.
Help with the setup of new systems and provide user support.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Form Four leaver certificate, or a Certificate or Diploma in IT or a related field.
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
Preference will be given to residents of Arusha.
