An Exciting Opportunity Awaits
We are looking for a talented and experienced Fullstack Software Developer - Senior Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. You'll be a key player in challenging, high-profile, and global software development projects, helping to build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
As a senior consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Writing efficient, high-quality code across the entire stack.
- Deploying and managing software services using containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems to ensure high availability.
- Working closely with developers, UX designers, and analysts.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in existing systems.
- Creating robust unit and integration tests.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
Are You a Perfect Fit?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Angular, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes, NGINX, Git, and GitLab. Experience with similar technologies like React/Java is also valuable.
- Proven experience in a Linux-based environment, including troubleshooting and configuration.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization.
- Banking industry experience is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
