We are looking for a highly skilled Electronic Sales and Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic Global Markets team. The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As the bridge between our clients and our electronic trading platforms, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your main goal will be to ensure a seamless and high-performance trading experience for our institutional clients, hedge funds, and broker-dealers.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Client Support & Relationship Management: You'll be the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, providing onboarding and training support, and ensuring a high level of service.
- Trade Execution & Platform Monitoring: You'll monitor our electronic trading systems in real-time to ensure smooth trade execution and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
- Technical Support: You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting FIX protocol connectivity issues, API integration challenges, and assisting clients with their trading strategies.
- Strategic Execution: You will contribute to the tactical strategy and delivery plans, ensuring our business operations align with our strategic objectives.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly knowledgeable individual with a post-graduate degree in finance. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a global markets environment, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
We're looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of electronic trading systems such as Bloomberg, Fidessa, Flextrade, and 360t. A solid grasp of FIX protocol, API connectivity, market structure, order types, and algorithmic trading is essential for success in this role.
