Pedros, a leader in the restaurant industry, is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting contract opportunity for an entry-level professional who is ready to provide top-notch customer service.
More Than Just Taking Orders
At Pedros, our Call Centre Agents are the first point of contact for our customers. You're the friendly voice that turns a simple call into a delightful experience. You will be responsible for:
- Handling Inquiries: Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, providing customers with information about our menu, services, and policies.
- Taking Orders: Accurately capture and submit orders for both delivery and collection, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they want.
- Providing Recommendations: Use your thorough knowledge of our menu to help customers make choices, offer detailed descriptions, and suggest delicious add-ons.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional menu items and services to enhance the customer's experience and boost sales.
- Ensuring Accuracy: Assist with order modifications and special requests, making sure every change is communicated clearly to the right store.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about customer service and ready to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous experience in an inbound call center or a similar role is a must.
- Education: A Matric certificate is required.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and great phone etiquette.
