What You'll Be Doing:
Portfolio Growth: Identify and implement value-adding financial products to grow your portfolio of business clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.
Credit Applications: Prepare and motivate complex credit applications with precision and expertise.
Strategic Planning: Use your commercial and strategic thinking skills to analyze the local market, identify trends, and develop effective growth strategies.
Sales & Service: Manage cost control and sales to ensure the optimal retention and growth of your client base.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years in a Business Banking environment managing a complex portfolio of clients. Managerial or leadership experience is a plus.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance.
Knowledge: A deep understanding of business economics, CRM principles, credit practices, and various industry sectors.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You should also be proficient in MS Office and have a clear criminal and credit record.
