What You'll Be Doing
As the Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of Aspen Semaglutide. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Direction: Conducting market analysis to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans.
Commercial Leadership: Proposing and achieving sales budgets, interpreting data, and managing cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
Trade Planning: Developing and negotiating trade plans with customers, ensuring all service agreements are implemented and executed flawlessly.
Collaboration & Communication: Providing regular performance updates to stakeholders and collaborating with sales teams to strategize and plan commercial initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
Educational Requirements: A Matric is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Marketing preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of commercial management experience in a sales, marketing, or key accounts role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Therapeutic Knowledge: Relevant therapeutic area knowledge is a significant advantage.
Essential Skills: You must be a self-starter with high energy, excellent commercial acumen, and strong analytical skills. The ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and communicate with influence is crucial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced level of competency in MS Excel, is a must.
Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel are essential for this role.
