JOB OPPORTUNITY: SCAFFOLDERS & SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISORS
A reputable construction company is seeking to hire qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Scaffolders (2 Positions)
Location: SINGIDA
Contract Type: Fixed-term / Project-based
Start Date: July 28, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely.
Ensure proper anchoring and bracing of scaffolds.
Conduct routine checks for stability and safety.
Assist in material handling and preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in scaffolding (minimum 1 years).
Knowledge of safe work practices and PPE use.
Physically fit and able to work at heights.
Valid scaffolding training certificate (if applicable).
2. Scaffolding Supervisors (2 Positions)
Location: TANGA (1) and MANYARA (1)
Contract Type: Fixed-term / Project-based]
Start Date: JULY 28, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily scaffolding activities on site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Coordinate scaffolders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct inspections and issue permits where required.
Report incidents or risks to site management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a scaffolding supervisor.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety requirements.
Leadership and communication skills.
Certification in scaffolding supervision/safety (preferred).
