About the Role:
We
are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service officer to
join our growing team in Mwanza. In this role, you will serve as the
primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of
service delivery within the hardware division. You will play a key role
in maintaining customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and supporting
sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Assist in after-sales support and follow-up services
• Promote the company’s hardware products and services
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
• Experience in the hardware is an added advantage
• Must be currently living in Mwanza
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Swahili (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A team player with strong problem-solving skills.
