Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hardware and household materials? Join our dynamic team at TZ HHMC as a Sales Supervisor for the Dar es Salaam urban and midline area
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sales activities for hardware and household goods in Dar es Salaam’s urban market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and respond to competition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Guide and mentor the sales team for maximum performance.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports to management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and policy compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales supervision, specifically in hardware and household materials
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
• Fluent in both English and Swahili
