Locations: Arusha, Mbeya, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Dodoma – Tanzania
Sector: Financial Services
Compensation: TZS 1,000,000 monthly gross salary

One of my friend's well-established organization is currently recruiting motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professionals to join its team as Recovery officer in Arusha, Mbeya, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Dodoma. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in debt recovery and field operations within a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
-Implement effective field-based collection strategies to recover overdue accounts within the assigned territory.
-Conduct face-to-face client engagements to negotiate and secure timely repayment agreements.
-Prepare and submit accurate, timely field reports to the Collections Supervisor.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with ethical debt collection practices.

Candidate Profile:
-A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in credit or collections within the microfinance sector.
-Diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Proven commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
-While residency in the preferred region is not a requirement, candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.
