Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for excellence, sustainability, and team culture? We're looking for a dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our resort with vision, integrity, and hands-on dedication.

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll take full strategic and operational responsibility for our resort, ensuring world-class guest experiences, high performance across departments, and strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all resort operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, HR)
✅ Drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand quality standards
✅ Lead by example—engage your team with clarity, purpose, and presence
✅ Control costs, analyze performance, and implement sustainable practices
✅ Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
✅ Build a results-driven, service-oriented team culture
✅ Liaise with owners, suppliers, and local authorities
✅ Champion eco-friendly initiatives and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
✔ Proven senior leadership in large resorts/upscale hotels
✔ Financial and operational acumen
✔ Excellent communication, people, and decision-making skills
✔ Strategic thinker with a guest-first, hands-on mindset
✔ Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
✔ Strong grasp of hospitality systems and technologies
