JOB VACANCY: Export Documentation Officer (Female Candidates Only)

Freight and Logistics Ltd is seeking a qualified female candidate for
the position of Export Documentation Officer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all
export-related documentation and ensuring compliance with international
shipping regulations and Tanzania’s export procedures.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare and verify export documentation (e.g., customs declarations, shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists)
✔️ Coordinate with shipping lines, clearing agents, and regulatory bodies (TRA, TPA, TBS, etc.)
✔️ Ensure timely processing and dispatch of export consignments
✔️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
✔️ Monitor and follow up on cargo movement and shipment schedules
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
📌 Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field (mandatory)
📌 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export documentation in the freight forwarding or logistics sector
📌 Strong knowledge of Tanzania export procedures and international shipping regulations
📌 Hands-on experience with TRA systems including TANCIS and the new TANeSW (Tanzania National Electronic Single Window)
📌 Proficient in documentation software and digital filing systems
📌 Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
📌 Ability to work independently and under pressure
