Job Overview:
The
Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
company’s operations related to the building and construction materials
division. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership
skills and a deep understanding of the industry. The OE will be
accountable for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency,
and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The OE is
expected to foster a positive and productive work environment and must
be an effective leader, capable of motivating and managing a diverse
team.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer relationship management.

Operations Management: Ensure efficient and effective operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field, accounting, administration, social sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in a management position.

Added advantage with experience in the building materials and construction industry.

Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
