📍 Location: Tanzania (Project-Based)

you a skilled Civil QC Inspector with a strong track record in
infrastructure or civil construction projects? Join us on one of
Africa’s most transformative energy infrastructure projects, where your
expertise will help maintain the highest quality standards from the
ground up.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections for daily civil works (earthworks, concrete, formwork, rebar, structural elements, etc.)
Verify execution against engineering drawings, specifications, and international quality standards
Review and validate material testing results and inspection reports
Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and ensure proper follow-up
Collaborate with QA/QC Engineers, Contractors, and Project Managers
Maintain thorough QC documentation and support audits and handover processes
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of QC inspection experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of concrete, soil, and asphalt testing procedures
Familiar with inspection tools, ITPs, and QC reporting formats
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in field environments with strong attention to detail
⭐ Preferred:
Experience with international contractors or in oil & gas infrastructure projects
QA/QC certifications or technical qualifications in concrete testing
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards
