2.Technical Support

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line support for our TotalVFD digital tax system, Electronic Fiscal Devices (EFDs), POS software and hardware, and other IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting clients with software and hardware setup, and ensuring smooth operation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using TotalVFD, EFD machines, and POS systems (software & hardware).
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, both remotely and on-site.
Configure and install EFD machines and POS systems at client premises.
Train end-users on system functionality and proper usage.
Log, escalate, and follow up on customer tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain system performance and updates for supported products.
Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup, documentation, and training.
Maintain technical documentation and support manuals for reference and customer use.
Provide feedback to the development team on recurring technical issues and improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in POS, fiscal devices, or software support roles.
Strong understanding of networking, Windows OS, and general hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. IT Technician

Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will handle installations, configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of TotalVFD, EFD machines, POS systems, and security solutions such as CCTV cameras, biometric attendance systems, and access control devices.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain EFD machines, POS software and hardware, and TotalVFD systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues both on-site and remotely.
Set up and support surveillance systems (CCTV), including camera configuration and DVR/NVR integration.
Install and configure biometric systems, access control devices, and related security solutions.
Provide technical training to clients on installed systems.
Ensure all installations meet regulatory and security standards.
Maintain documentation for all technical activities.
Provide internal support for networking and computer systems.
Stay updated on TRA compliance requirements and emerging security technologies.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting POS systems, fiscal devices, and IT hardware/software.
Practical experience with CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and access control technologies.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), IP addressing, and Windows systems.
Familiarity with TRA fiscal compliance systems is an added advantage.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when needed.
