About the Role:
We
are looking for two enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialists
to join our team in Mwanza. The ideal candidates will be responsible for
customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, conducting market
analysis, and providing professional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor client needs and provide timely, expert support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle customer complaints and deliver excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in the tile or construction materials industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
