We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee company licenses, contracts, and key documents.
• Build and maintain strong client, partner, and government relationships.
• Conduct market research & data analysis to support business strategy.
• Handle public relations, customer complaints, and emergencies.
• Lead business optimization & process improvements.
• Support the Managing Director with operations and team management.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or above).
✅ 3+ years in business development (FMCG experience preferred).
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ High initiative, stress tolerance, and integrity.
