    What You'll Do

    As a Health Care Adviser, your primary purpose is to provide professional and relevant financial advice to new and existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Business Growth: Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding targets for revenue and activity quotas.

    • Lead Generation: Actively network, prospect, and generate leads through face-to-face interactions, social media marketing, and other creative opportunities.

    • Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and financial needs analysis to provide tailored financial planning advice.

    • Building Relationships: Maintain a long-term, relational focus with clients to build loyalty and generate ongoing advice and sales.

    • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all client interactions are compliant and ethical, while also monitoring and reporting on your activities and business performance.


    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • Experience: You should have a proven track record of providing financial advice and achieving sales targets.

    • Qualifications: You must have a Grade 12 certificate and meet all Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) "Fit and Proper" requirements, including the successful completion of the Regulatory Examination.

    • Skills:

      • Strong knowledge of financial advice and planning, as well as compliance and risk management.

      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

      • You must be action-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly focused on customer needs.

      • The ability to effectively budget and achieve production targets.
