Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Capitec Bank is looking for an energetic Business Banker: Merchant Services to join our team in Rustenburg. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the overall profitability of our Business Bank.
In this role, you will be on the front lines, engaging with existing clients and providing exceptional service. You'll be responsible for training and support on our merchant products, and you'll play a key role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, effective client relationships through proactive engagement and consultation.
Sales and Business Development: Actively promote and sell a range of Business Bank and merchant products to both new and existing clients.
On-site Support & Training: Provide hands-on support and training to clients on product installation and after-sales care.
Market Insight: Use your knowledge of the commercial and economic landscape to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a CRM or sales environment, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling. Experience in FMCG, banking, or retail is a plus.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and how businesses operate. Knowledge of payment solutions and merchant services is ideal.
Qualifications: A Grade 12 National Certificate is a minimum requirement. A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Marketing is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a commercial mindset and strong computer literacy.
Requirements: A clear criminal and credit record, and a valid driver's license with your own vehicle.
