 Job Title: HR and Administration Assistant

Job Description:


The HR and Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration Department. This role involves assisting in the execution of HR tasks, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and liaising with relevant government departments when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support
(1) Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
(2)Support the coordination and documentation of employee training programs.
(3)Participate in monthly payroll calculations by collecting and verifying attendance and performance data.
(4)Help maintain positive employee relations and handle employee inquiries or grievances under supervision.
(5)Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records.
(6)Coordinate with government departments such as the Ministry of Labor regarding your compliance, reporting, and inspections.

Administrative Support
(1)Assist in organizing and coordinating official receptions for government or external visitors.
(2)Manage company drivers and coordinate the usage, scheduling, and maintenance of company vehicles.
(3)Maintain proper filing and archiving of company documents, records, and correspondence.
(4)Monitor and manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
(5)Ensure office order and discipline by supporting the implementation of office rules and procedures.
(6)Track and manage employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
(7)Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance Management, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
4. Prior experience with cross-industry recruitment is a plus.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.
