About
the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist with experience in
the building materials industry to join our dynamic team.
You’ll
collaborate with our sales, logistics, and technical support teams to
deliver fast, efficient, and accurate service, while helping us
continually improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries on orders, deliveries, product specs, and complaints
- Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and logistics to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems
- Ensure timely follow-up, returns processing, and order fulfilment
- Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and proposing solutions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the building materials or construction supply industry (required)
- Solid knowledge of product handling, order processes, and client service in a supply chain environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
