BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS – CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
POSITION: 3

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for Business Development Officers who will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through customer engagement and market expansion strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report on client feedback, service issues, and resolution progress.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up to convert leads into customers.
• Prepare and maintain records of sales calls, customer visits, and business development activities.
• Support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.

*QUALIFICATIONS;*
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, client relationship, or sales, preferably in the transport and logistics industry.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
