Job Title: Vehicle Dispatch & Information Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vehicle Dispatch & Information Specialist to join our Tanzania Transport Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle scheduling, tracking logistics efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication between transport teams and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently plan and dispatch vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Monitor and collect feedback and reports from transporters.
• Track and ensure timely vehicle loading and unloading to meet set timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics sector is an added advantage.
