📌 Position: Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct systematic sourcing of suppliers.
2. Manage supplier performance, focusing on:
• Quality (follow-up on material claims, drive quality improvements)
• Delivery performance.
3. Oversee payment processes:
• Assist in clearing prepayments monthly.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations with all suppliers.
4. Maintain procurement system data:
• Update supplier master data (payment methods, source list).
• Monitor and manage outstanding Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong logical thinking; serious and pragmatic approach to work.
