Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. With over 80 years of experience, Plan works in more than 75 countries worldwide. Working together with children, young people, supporters, and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children.
Plan International Tanzania (PIT) operates in 8 regions, with a footprint in 16 regions, since 1991. Currently, the organization supports 25,000 vulnerable children and their families in accessing healthcare, quality education, safe sanitation and water, productive livelihoods, and the protection of their wellbeing.
Plan International Tanzania has set aside funds for the following lots:

Lot 3: Vehicle Insurance Cover – REFERENCE NO: PIT/CO/016/03/2025
Plan International Tanzania now
invites sealed tenders from eligible service providers. Tendering will
be conducted through Local Published Tender (LPTs). Interested eligible
tenderers must confirm their intention to tender by submitting their
relevant contact information, including an email address, to:
tenders@plan-international.org
Attn: Head of Procurement and Logistics.
Tender documents in the English language will be sent to interested tenderers by email. Plan Tanzania will not be held responsible for any costs related to printing, postage, or delivery of the tender documents.
Tenderers are hereby requested to submit the tenders physically in a sealed envelope by hand to:

The deadline for submission of tenders is 5:00 PM on Thursday, 22nd May 2025, East Africa Time (EAT). The outer envelope should be clearly marked:
“Tender Ref. No. PIT/CO/016/FY25 for Various Services”, specifying the relevant lot. Tenders should not be opened before 11:00 AM on Thursday, 22nd May 2025, East Africa Time (EAT). Late or electronic bids will be rejected.
