Job Opening – Import and Export Documents Specialist (URGENT)

Department: TZ Import & Export Department

Key Responsibilities:
1. Timely request of Pre-Release Vouchers (PRV)
2. Collect Delivery Order (DO) before Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
3. Request and share local charges with the payment team on time
4. Follow up on Swift copy of payments
5. Submit shipping line charge receipts promptly
6. Collect shipping line invoices within 2 days after discharge
7. Update daily report on time (includes discharge, carry-in, ICD, DO, local charges, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Experience in shipping companies is preferred
