Role Description
This
is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Kibaha at
KINGLION INVESTMENT. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for all
operations, overseeing staff, ensuring production efficiency, and
maintaining quality standards. The role involves coordinating with
different departments, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies
to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Managerial position.
• Experience in Production Management and Operations
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Must know how to drive and have a valid driving license.
