🎯 Position: HSE SUPERVISOR- 5 Posts.
📍 Location: EACOP-DOCG Project, Chongoleani Tanga.
🏗️ Industry: Construction, Oil and Gas.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
🛡️ NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma (MUST HAVE)
📆 Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in the construction industry
🧠 Sound knowledge of Tanzanian HSE laws & international safety standards
🗣️ Strong communication, leadership & reporting skills.
🛠️ Your Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure strict HSE compliance on-site
🎤 Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & awareness sessions
📝 Maintain accurate HSE reports & lead incident investigations
🔥 Drive proactive safety culture & continuous improvement
