The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is an international non-governmental, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. Founded in 1933 with headquarters in New York, the IRC operates in more than 40 countries worldwide, offering lifesaving care and lifechanging assistance to individuals/communities forced to flee from war or disaster.
IRC started working in Tanzania in 1993 implementing programs that provide protection and basic assistance to refugees and host community in the areas of Safety (comprises of Protection and Rule of Law, Women Protection and Empowerment, and Child Protection), Health (mental health and psychosocial support services and reproductive health) and Education.
IRC invite proposals from competent, eligible, and duly registered suppliers, printers or manufacturers authorized dealers in Tanzania. The intention is to source best option of supplies for its operation and award long term agreement to successful supplier.
Interested and qualified suppliers may request/collect complete tender documents from 02 May 2024 at 10am from the IRC’s Office locations mentioned below.
Bidders will drop their offers in main sealed envelopes (comprises of tech and financial envelopes within) to the following IRC offices on or before 15 May 2024 at 4.30pm.
