On this Post we have for you information on Startupper of the Year Challenge by TotalEnergies Edition 4.
Are you a young entrepreneur between 18 and 35 years old? Do you have a startup less than 3 years old or a project/idea that you care about and would like to develop in the next months? Is it innovative, with a positive impact on communities and/or the planet? If so, apply to be one of the 100 startuppers of the year 2024!
The Startupper of the Year Challenge aims to support and encourage young entrepreneurs from Africa to innovate and create new solutions. Applications are now open to residents of 32 African countries for a special edition celebrating TotalEnergies’ 100th anniversary!
Categories
- 1 Winner per category will be rewarded in each participating country
- 4 additional Winners will be selected by an international jury in the Power’Up category
Become one of the 100 Startuppers of the year by TotalEnergies, rewarded among one of the categories.
- Innov’Up Category: To reward the best entrepreneurs, should they own a startup of less than three years or come with a mature business idea.
- Cycle’Up Category: To reward startup or business ideas exemplifying the principle of circular economy.
- Power’Up category: To reward startups or business ideas which aim to promote, create, produce or use sustainable and affordable energies.
Benefits
Winners of the Challenge will earn the opportunity to access the following:
- Financial support to develop your startup or business idea.
- Media visibility to promote your business.
- Coaching to support the winner in a personalized way.
- 100 Startuppers Event to connect with key players at an entrepreneurial event.
Eligibility
Are you owning a startup less than 3 years old or pioneering with a business idea to develop? If so, the challenge is for you!
- You must be between 18 and 35 years old (born between May 1, 1988 and April 30, 2006)
- You must be a resident of the country where you apply
- Your must have:
- a startup under 3 years old with a registration in the application country no earlier than April 30, 2021 or
- a business idea, which could be developed a few months after the challenge
- All business creation project holders and owners of startups under 3 years old with a positive impact on their communities and/or the planet can participate!
