TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND PRINTING SERVICE: TENDER NO. WVT/TC/O3/FY23
World Vision Tanzania (WVT) is a Christian relief, development and advocacy Organization, dedicatedto working with Children, families and Communities to ave come poverty and injustice. Inspired by our Christian values, we are dedicated to working with the world's most vulnerable people. We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender.
The world vision Tanzania intends to identify and engage reputable registered vendors for Supply and Printing Service for T-shirt, Banners and other visibility materials.
Tender documents may be obtained at WVT head office Njiro - Arusha by interested eligible bidders, upon presentation of a request letter dully stating the company name and original Bank Pay in Slip for a non refundable fee of Tsh. 50,000 (Tsh Fifty Thousand only), deposited with our bank accounts details below;

Bidders may also email the bank deposit slip to the email address; tzao_tenders@wvi.org .The same email address will confirm receipt and send you bid documents within 48 hours. Upon sending your email indicate the name of the tender and company name as the email subject.
Bids sent by post must be sent by express post such as EMS/OHL or any other preferred by bidder and should be sent and reach World Vision Tanzania Headquarter premises before 02nd March, 2023 at 10:00 Am.
World Vision shall not be liable for bids delivered after bid closing date and time.

Completed Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes should be submitted in two copies(one original and one copy)clearly showing the Tender No.and addressed to

and delivered to the Tender Box at the reception of World Vision Tanzania - Head office Njiro Arusha to be received on or before 02nd March, 2023 at 10:00AM. Bidders will also be required to register their details as they drop their bids. Bids sent after the closing date will not be Accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or representatives who wish to witness the opening, at WVT-Head office Njiro Arusha (TUMAINI HALL).
Note that WVT is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender.
The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.
