Juma Mgunda leads Simba SC to a 2 - 0 Win over Nyasa Big Bullets

Juma Mgunda leads Simba SC to a 2 - 0 Win over Nyasa Big Bullets. Simba SC's Interim Head Coach Juma Mgunda debut for the Club began smoothly in Lilongwe, Malawi as he took charge for the first time in an international competition in the CAF African Champions League and he lead his new team to a 2-0  win against the hosts Nyasa Big Bullets.

The game was played away at Bingu Stadium, Malawi's National Stadium, Whereby in the first half Simba took the lead through Moses Phiri in the 28th minute.


The goal lasted until halftime and in the second half they scored a second goal through Club captain John Bocco.

Mgunda has said that his players have fought to win the game which was difficult for both teams.
"I am happy to see the young players have achieved results and it was not an easy game, but the players have fought and won, there is still work to be done in the upcoming international matches, we will work on our mistakes," said Mgunda.
